The Island Brewing Company was established in 2009 by brothers Jeremy and Jonathan Ullrich. Their family’s connection to the Fiji Islands dates all the way back to the 1940s.

Island Brewing Company produces handcrafted beers and malt–based beverages which are free of preservatives and brewed naturally using pure Fiji Island rainwater.

The superior quality of our product is maintained by Island Brewing Company’s Head Brewer, Brian Watson. With over 20 years experience in the beer industry, Brian is a world-renowned brewer and expert on brewery operations. He was also the Head Judge of the NZ Beer Awards in 2011

The brewery proudly supports Fiji’s endangered Vonu Dina (Green Turtle) through the Mamanuca Conservation Turtle Project, raising awareness and assisting in the funding of breeding programmes.
